For a new enterprise, branding is key so we were delighted to be commissioned by strategic brand and creative design consultancy Ideas Group to work on the brand interior for Phase One, a new incubator programme and space in York Science Park, dedicated to helping fledgling businesses start up and grow. A fitting aesthetic was essential for them in their new premises on the Heslington East campus of the University of York.

To achieve their desired look, Harrisons supplied and installed Phase One’s branding in premium standard copper. The logo section of the signage consists of two parts, the left hand side crafted from brushed copper and the larger right hand side made from polished copper. The flat cut lettering and underline were also crafted from premium polished copper to precise specifications.

Each individual component was then fixed onto a slim aluminium tray with a digital print matt black finish, creating the finished installation for Phase One’s brand new office space.
